The final software that we covered in Visual Communication was Adobe InDesign. This software has its specific uses at which it excels. I found the learning curve to be a little steeper than the other two softwares but that made the final products all the more rewarding.

Project 3-Newspaper Clone: This assignment had us cloning a newspaper’s front page exactly. I found this to be a challenging assignment but I had fun thinking up what might be stories in an insect magazine. I was very happy with my end product.

Project 4-Magazine Spread: This project seemed like the culmination of all that I learned throughout the quarter in this course. I used a combination of formatting, color, hierarchy, and quality, copyright free visuals to create an attractive and appealing product.
